This was one of the most poorly managed workplaces I've experienced. The dysfunction was obvious from day one and never improved. Communication was inconsistent, expectations changed constantly and management seemed to operate without any real plan. What was especially frustrating was the daily habit of creating work out of thin air instead of focusing on meaningful, productive tasks.
