Second year here. Stayed three months in 2023, here again in 2024 for two months. What a difference. March 1st 2024 we checked in. Had to pay an additional $200 to park our boat on the grounds. When we went to lobby there were large trash cans collecting water from where the ceiling tiles were removed. This went on for days. Apparently the water line for the wash machines that are available on each floor was broken. So in addition to a shoddy looking lobby you had no where to wash your clothes.
