Ryan was very receptive by phone for a bit of a unique inspection request, came out to my home and helped us figure out the issue. In the end it did not require any work done and he graciously waived the inspection charge. Seemed like a good guy. I’ll definitely call Ryan if I need a plumbing job in the future.

Ryan…owner of Futura plumbing canceled an appointment last minute after we agreed to a walk through estimate with explanation/options. Basically told me I had to work with his schedule without any consideration to mine. Then tried to back me in a corner with a TEXT estimate of what the work would cost. Started texting me early this morning while asleep. Told him I don’t work like that and wouldn’t be able to accept that. His response was those are the numbers whether he sends someone out or not. Bad guy. Canceled 7:55 a for an 8 am appoitment after waiting a week for the appointment. Also Ryan After confirmed 8 am the night before. I drove 45 minutes to my rental property that needed the work (estimate for gas conversion, tank removal, etc.). He stated the brakes on his truck needed to be fixed and he’d be there between 9-10 am.
