AVOID AVOID absolutely appalling customer service. I ordered an air mattress that was faulty through Wowcher. I returned it at a cost of 7.48 so now the sham of a company owe me 47.48. PLEASE DO NOT waste your money. I won't rest until I get my refund. Their stock I'm second hand and faulty bought at a low price, they sell it on then won't issue any refunds. AVIOD. COMPLETE SCAMMERS.
Absolutely terrible customer service, ordered a leaf vacuum/blower which Evri failed to deliver, when I rang futura about it they just cut me off, I will never buy from them again.
So 8 years ago I bought a garden hedge trimmer, I used it a lot, 5 years ago I got rid of my hedges and grass, the hedge trimmer has been hung up in my shed for 5 years. The battery and charger stored in my garage store room. So I’m having a clear out, it’s something I don’t need so I’m giving it to my Brother in Law. I charged it up, put a little silicon oil on the blades, just tested it, it works fine. Excellent customer service my throw that I had for over a year Suddenly stopped working. Iemailed the company I told h them that my blanket was in warranty and I received a brand new replacement the next day. Excellent customer service.
