Stopped in to visit the old fashioned soda fountain. Very much enjoyed the service we received from the pharmacist at the soda fountain. I believe he was related to the owners and told us the history of the shop. He provided such good service that he excused himself and left the store to go get milk for my caramel malt. It was very delicious as were the floats. I felt bad that he went through the trouble for me. Very personable staff and superb customer service. Thank you for a wonderful welcoming experience.
NO MATTER what we go into Futrell’s to shop for or to pick up an order. ALWAYS ALWAYS a smile from everyone that works there!!! Always a kind word! Folks when or if you feel like you can’t achieve even the smallest tasks, take a look at these ladies that are there to help you. NOBODY THERE HAS ANY QUIT IN THEIR HEARTS OR SOULS. THEY INSPIRE US TO PUSH ON. BECAUSE THINGS MAY BE WORSE. THEY GIVE A SMILE,GIVE ONE BACK!! THE HARDIN FAMILY WITH OUR GRATITUDE. THANKS GUYS
