Hello, My name is dorian, and my wife had an appointment today with Doctor futron. Before I move on, there are about two reviews here that patients submitted that are negative, however, Don't pay mine to them because those reviews are bogus and those people are little crybabies..With that being said, We had a great experience, and the nice lady - office assistant at the front desk helped us get the referral that was required. As always, my wife was on time for her appointment. After waiting more than a half hour past her appointment time some who was very late for an earlier scheduled appointment showed up and they took them 1st. This move, that is contrary to every customer service lesson ever taught made us wait even longer. Can you believe that? People think that seniors have nothing to do, so it's ok to keep them waiting.
