I wanted quality and was willing to pay for it. Karen and I clicked immediately and within seconds, she shared my vision. She gently guided and suggested until every base was covered. This couples knowledge will put you at ease and allow you to feel you’re in good hands. Every time on the phone or in person both were helpful and polite. I wish I needed a new futon every month. I don’t. But, if you do! You’re in luck! I’m so happy with EVERYTHING. Futon, mattress, cover, customer service, delivery and follow up.
Quality with outstanding service. Its a must if you haven't tried a futon lately! My love seat is perfect!
