Run away!!!!! DONT GO THERE!!!!! Wow... Ive never in my life had such a horrible experience with customer service? You would think tempurpedic's sister company would know the importance of quality. I would never go back to this store even if they were giving things away!
Futons Futons Futons The Futon Factory has one specialty - futons. We bought a replacement futon mattress there at a reasonable price and good quality. They have been in business for a long time so I guess futons are still popular! Lots of bunk beds, regular futon frames, and even a toy here and there.
Liars I needed a futon frame within a week for a house guest. The manager at the Aurora store sold me the futon just before closing, claiming that if I couldnât get it delivered through their delivery service on time, that I could pick it up at the store come in the next evening. That morning, I called the delivery people and they told me it would be over seven days before they could deliver. No big deal, I thought, Iâll just go pick it up that night. Cool Futons and REALLY cool convertibles. Woah... all I know is this is a GREAT place to find a very comfortable futon mattress with a frame that is actually totally well-built. And yes, these guys have been around forever!!! I know their parent company is Epoch Design- they make children's furniture for Costco... cool loft beds and everything, and this stuff is in their Futon Factory stores as well. Often you can find seconds or samples for a really good deal. They have some of those convertible sofa beds in cool colors too... read more
