I like how it’s a whole body workout and I burn a ton of calories in that 1hr class. Coaches are solid and front desk girls in this Aventura location are super knowledgeable & helpful.
Futness is a great workout experience that has helped me to feel motivated, reunite with a former soccer passion and stay in shape. The team of mentors and the training locations both in tha US and in Colombia are great. Funnest Workout ever!
The best work out ! Super fun,!! they push you to your limits ! Highly recommended to all ages !
