The rental process was thorough without having an appointment. Knowledgeable staff.waljed in picked a tux then was fitted,paid, .and I was out the door.staff has decades of experience. You're measured, then try on rental, and then superficial tailoring is done.
My experience here was AMAZING, and the service is immaculate. They are so friendly, accommodating and very helpful. My boyfriend rented his tux at a very good price while the other places we were gonna go to were charging $30-$70 more but got it for $200 and change. My dress was amazing, it fit perfectly and I was given the option to alter it once it came in but I was just the perfect height. Last year I bought a wedding dress online and went to Futia's for tailoring. So glad I did!!! The owner saved my wedding day by taking a dress I couldn't even slip on over my hips and after a few fittings had the dress not only fitting perfectly but perfected it by adding the extra buttons to the sleeves and making the wedding dress the dress of my dreams! It was such a good little place to go the lady there is so nice and there is such a good variety of prom dresses upstairs to choose from, I loved my dresss sooo much and it was just perfect
Fantastic, professional and friendly. Given some unexpected health circumstances happening to my brother, I was asked to step in for him as best men at our nephew’s wedding in Miami. Because I live in NY and the wedding is in Florida and the tuxes are from a shop in Florida, I went to Futia’s to see if they would measure me so I could send the measurements to the shop in Florida and they could then provide the tuxedo as they are doing tuxes for the entire wedding party.
