Not very happy with the results and communication. Paid $700 for a move out clean, and I will admit the place was quite dirty and had a lot of cat fur, and I did not do my due diligence with the walk-through after they were done, as I relied on what they told me was completed on the other floors of the house, but what I was told was inaccurate. Engaged the cleaning service for a little over a year and the work was adequate. There were a couple instances where a few things were lacking (some toddler spills remained after mopping, bits and bobs were left behind after vacuuming, etc.) which ultimately led to discontinuing the service. A part of my experience which turned us off was that no goodwill gestures were offered when the subpar items were elevated to the company. Again, adequate service and the rating is based on my experience.

A word of advice: please ensure that employees who believe it is acceptable to yell and swear at children are not operating company vehicles. The children in question were playing safely and were not obstructing anyone. Nevertheless, your employee chose to respond by screaming and using profanity, which was entirely inappropriate and unprofessional.

Quoted 2-3 hours for 2 people, ended up being 2.5hrs for 3 people - which added $150 to the initial estimate. For a 550 sqft condo... Cleaning was fine, would not use them again though.
