I took my 2012 ram dually to fussell tire on may 12 of this year for a front end alignment and they advised me that i needed ball joints, which i knew were fine because i personallychanged them 3 monts prior. I took it home and realized that i needed outer tie rod ends, not ball joints; so i change the tie rod ends and took it back up there and amazingly enough they never said anything else about the ball joints and did the alignment.
