Bought a washer and dryer on Black Friday 2022. Dryer works great. Washer goes off balance during spin and error code won’t allow washer to continue cycle. I have already explained my situation with Rose. We spoke on the phone 2 weeks after purchase. There is a 30 day warranty but nothing was ever done to resolve the issue.
