Outstanding experience from start to finish with Kristen! I have never felt so heard and nurtured in a stylist consultation. Throughout my cut and color, they were thorough, efficient, communicative, and responsive. The result? I’ve never gotten so many compliments. Looking forward to a long relationship.
Kristen is AMAZING. We did a transformational cut that I gave her pretty vague guidelines for and she still crushed it. She’s a wonderful person to talk to as well, and the salon was super clean and relaxing.
After moving to NC, I was trying to figure out how to find a great hairstylist. My searches led me here, to Fuss & Bother. It is situated in a cute house off of Ashe St. and even has a friendly resident cat! I had the pleasure of getting my haircut by Alison Nickles. She & I had talked about a good razor cut to my long mop of overgrown hair. She is very skilled at cutting hair with a razor.
