I work for the company and I can say it's the best job I've ever had, hands down!
Pretty bad experience. Ordered a Peterbuilt bumper Jan. 27,2015. Today is Feb. 23 and still haven't received it. I spoke with a manager Eric after everyone I spoke with said it is on the way. He also said it is on the way but can not give me a eta due to fowl weather. These storms were @ 2 weeks ago. I would understand if he said he'll call the shipper and see what's the delay but they don't understand customer satisfaction. They must not realize that we are also in the truck/shipping business.
