Invoiced for registration and stamp duty, truck was not registered. Sent a pic of the truck ready, was not asked if I needed registration despite a plate being an obvious omission on the bullbar. Dealer would not send a reimbursement of the reg and stamp duty to me until the next day, which cleared a day later, was not in my account the next day when I had to pay reg and stamp duty at vicroads.
