If I could give zero stars I would. Have been trying for 60 days to get a sleep study scheduled. Was referred by my Primary Care and then had an intake evaluation with one of this company's staff doctors who recommended a sleep study. No follow up since. I have called 10 times and left messages. Nobody returns calls. I have sent a message through their patient portal. Nobody responds. Worst experience with any company in any industry I have ever had.
FusionSleep has gone down hill. Trying to get somebody on the phone to make an appointment or order new supplies as possible. I have left multiple messages with no call back. Thankfully there are many online suppliers available who make it much easier to get supplies timely.

This place is a complete waste of time. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Don't waste your time trying to get help from this company. They are completely disorganized. The name of this establishment is should be CONFusion Sleep.
I had a sleep test a few years ago and they have always been difficult to get in touch with over the phone and through the app. I stopped using my machine because of this issue, and recently tried going back to using it. I set up an appointment with my provider, which wasn’t much help and said a member from the supplies dept would reach out. They never did, I tried calling and messaging my provider but got nothing.
