Updating my review to 2 stars solely because the medical staff (Evan in particular) were very good and professional. Unfortunately, the excellent medical care is completely undermined by the terrible admin staff. They are impossible to reach: they don't answer the phone, don't respond to online messages, and if they do happen to call back, it's from a new, random number every time. If I could give zero stars I would. Have been trying for 60 days to get a sleep study scheduled. Was referred by my Primary Care and then had an intake evaluation with one of this company's staff doctors who recommended a sleep study. No follow up since. I have called 10 times and left messages. Nobody returns calls. I have sent a message through their patient portal. Nobody responds. Worst experience with any company in any industry I have ever had.
FusionSleep has gone down hill. Trying to get somebody on the phone to make an appointment or order new supplies as possible. I have left multiple messages with no call back. Thankfully there are many online suppliers available who make it much easier to get supplies timely.

This place is a complete waste of time. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Don't waste your time trying to get help from this company. They are completely disorganized. The name of this establishment is should be CONFusion Sleep.
