I had a wonderful experience bringing my teenage daughter to Fusion Sleep. A couple months ago we completed a day and night sleep study. The sleeping arrangement was great. The room is very large and clean. I had a bed for myself to sleep in the room with my daughter. They provided breakfast and lunch the following day. No one answers the phone or even returns your calls/ messages. They take longer than 2 weeks to send sleep study reports to your Dr.
Their care team is good and strive to ensure you have the right care. facility is also clean for sleep studies. However, their billing department is really messed up. I have had statements sent that have been all over the place. Missed contractual adjustments, re-billing for same service. I have had them correct the statements and they continue messing these up in later billings. My husband and I visited FusionSleep for an in-lab sleep study. The facility was clean, and the staff members were kind. I had to contact FusionSleep afterward with questions and to arrange a follow-up appointment with the sleep medicine doctor. Shanita Sanford at FusionSleep has been incredibly helpful—she was easy to communicate with, provided fast and precise responses, and, most importantly, I could tell she genuinely cared.
