Their care team is good and strive to ensure you have the right care. facility is also clean for sleep studies. However, their billing department is really messed up. I have had statements sent that have been all over the place. Missed contractual adjustments, re-billing for same service. I have had them correct the statements and they continue messing these up in later billings. My husband and I visited FusionSleep for an in-lab sleep study. The facility was clean, and the staff members were kind. I had to contact FusionSleep afterward with questions and to arrange a follow-up appointment with the sleep medicine doctor. Shanita Sanford at FusionSleep has been incredibly helpful—she was easy to communicate with, provided fast and precise responses, and, most importantly, I could tell she genuinely cared. Machae Reed and Marsheem Carter, from Fusion Sleep, did a phenomenal job today! They should defiantly be rewarded for the way they helped me work out the (difficult) issue that I had. I had a special request for customer service that I have been trying to get taken care of for about a month at no aval. I even had to schedule a doctor appointment via the phone to try to get help on a non medical problem. I tried everything! But Machae and Marsheem both came to my rescue today! Great customer service. Ahkeymah was a pleasure to work with. It's sooo refreshing in this day and age to have someone follow through and call you back a week later as promised!
Tim was very knowledgeable and caring. He wanted me to have a great experience and really try and figure out the best options for me to be able to finally get a good nights sleep. He was patient and understanding trying every mask and constantly making adjustments to my air flow. If I need more help I will definitely request Tim as my technician. Randall S
