All of the staff were very kind and attentive. Everyone made sure that my experience was as painless as possible. Matthew and the sweet night time sleep techs went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible.
Phaedra, Ruth, Shanita, and Heather were all incredible! Very polite staff who know their stuff. Heather listened carefully and was informative of what my options looked like and what the next steps would be. Great first visit, and I look forward to moving forward and getting results.
The doctors and office staff are fantastic (Heather, Shanita, Ruth, and Phaedra). The virtual and in person visits are a breeze, and the therapy was life changing. Thank you!
WORST billing experience ever at this organization. I've never experienced such a disorganized and deaf billing + service department. I got my diagnosis and CPAP from here, at which point they signed me up for "remote patient monitoring", AKA an excuse for them to charge you by spam calling you every month to tell you what's already on your app. I was charged for this every. single. month. My experience with the people at Fusion has been great. Lisa, Natalia, and Ruthanne were just as helpful as friendly as anyone could ask for. The online forms that were requested were requested three times, which was a bit frustrating. But as I said, the wonderful people at Fusion helped me get things straightened out!
