Pleasant experience at fusion sleep’s inlab sleep study tonight. Washed explained procedure in a timely fashion and had wire connections done very quickly.
Terri was amazing! I needed to pick up my device an attend the training before leaving out of town and she made it happen.
Matthew is fabulous. He is very professional and a terrific communicator. His calm presence really makes the patient relaxed which is important in this environment.
Both people we worked with, Tim and Matthew, were incredibly kind and clear with instructions.
Thank you to Shanita who resolved a complicated situation with much care and professionalism! I appreciate her so much- taking care of me so efficiently to get everything worked out.
