I went in thinking I was just about to pick up a machine and walk out. But, Karen was very thorough and showed me everything I needed to know to use my cpap day 1! She took her time and worked through making sure I had the right fit and mask. She also told me what I need to do if I have it on a plane! So appreciative!!!

Matthew was incredibly helpful with setting up my machine. He was informative, kind, and responsive throughout the process.
They don't respond. It's been 2 years since I've started this. I've seen a doctor once for 15 mins during the initial consultation. I've paid and did an at-home apnea test twice since the first one didn't get data right. Now I'm beginning to think it's just the incompetent staff. I can't even get my billing statement for reimbursement.
