Came in for a wax. Receptionist dismissed me when I asked for an appointment asap. She asked a Technician (leaning over the front counter, GOSSIPING about clients,if there was time) she rolled her eyes “clearly done for the day,” the receptionist replied with we can't service you today. Then they continued their conversation. Very disappointed. For Sylva’s “upscale full service spa,” customer service was non exisistent. I don't recommend! Go ahead and make the gorgeous drive up to Highlands for true upscale service.
For $35 a month it has the machines that you need but it is not maintained often. Machines with the plastic falling off, water dispenser left empty for multiple days, hair clips left on the counter for days. It’s fine but not good.
Small, but enough equipment for a good workout.
Nice small gym, clean and never crowded in the mornings.
