Lately the service that I thought was a 5, has not at all been up to speed. The lady that use to operate the car wash has not been there my last 3 visits. She was commendable, now that she is gone, not so much.

I’ve been here twice within the last week and the vac are not turned on!!!!! Why would I wash my car there and I can’t vacuum out my car?
