Joel and Miss Gloria are great! Really love these workout classes.
Everyone at Fusion 360 Fitness is terrific! It is a small studio that gives you personalized attention. Anthony is my 3-day-a-week trainer. He crafts a specialized training regimen that is particular to my needs. Anthony is very knowledgeable, kind, enthusiastic, and conscientious. I could not recommend him more highly. I have also signed up for stretching after my work-outs. I count on Gloria and Anthony to work on/with me after each workout and think of the stretching as a co-equal part of my training.

The best training. They really understand physiology and can design it around both what you need and any fragility you may have. I travel to Reston from Arlington because of this. Completely worth it. Anthony is my trainer, cannot overstate his value.
I've been coming here for personal training for about a year, wanting to get back in shape once my son's daycare illnesses slowed down. Anthony has been patient and creative in helping me get stronger than I've been in a very long time (maybe ever?) as we work around challenges like weak grip strength, autoimmune arthritis, and a tendency to aggravate my muscles and tendons.
