Trey and me have been at Fusion Training - X4 two months now and have already seen results! We might struggle during the workout as we learn or try, but we feel so much better and less stressed during the work week! All of the coaches are helpful and encouraging! I haven’t met one person who isn’t! I’ve learned from others in our sessions as well! Great vibe and we will see where this takes us! Thanks to those who encouraged us to sign up!
I can't say enough good things about Fusion. Between the amazing coaches and the other members that I workout with in the X4 classes - this place feels like home. If I have questions or just need a pick-me-up, they are always there to answer them and help motivate me. They keep in touch with your progress and help you reach your goals and then some! If you are thinking about joining, do yourself a favor and DO IT!
Starting CF was scary, but the coaches and other members were so welcoming and made me feel at home in no time! I have not only gained muscle but friends!
