Just did an over the phone troubleshoot with Bill Bacon. Super helpful! Resolved my issue in about 15 minutes at no cost. Unusual excellent service in today’s world. I’d absolutely use these guys in the future.
Mid December I had someone come out to look at an existing Control 4 that we installed about 6 yrs ago. Spent an hr walking thru the house and discussing some updating ideas and some minor issue solutions. He said he would get a plan and quote together but may be a delay due to the holidays which was understandable. Well I called a month later and spoke to the guy that came out; he didn't beat around the bush and said he completely forgot. Said he will get right on it. A week later I still have not heard anything
