Mid December I had someone come out to look at an existing Control 4 that we installed about 6 yrs ago. Spent an hr walking thru the house and discussing some updating ideas and some minor issue solutions. He said he would get a plan and quote together but may be a delay due to the holidays which was understandable. Well I called a month later and spoke to the guy that came out; he didn't beat around the bush and said he completely forgot. Said he will get right on it. A week later I still have not heard anything

Rick was incredible. We moved into our home three years ago and have struggled to get the existing home audio system to work. Several technicians from other companies have come out and been unsuccessful at setting up the system. Some quoted thousands of dollars to repair or replace. Within an hour Rick had our system fully functional and he identified a work around that prevented us from having to spend hundreds of dollars on new hardware. Ordered sub, amp, and two 6” speakers. All worked fine except the sub was faulty. Called CS and was treated like a criminal for asking for an exchange. Was planning ordering more speakers but that has changed. Horrible customer service and warranty service

THERE’S A WORD IN TECH SPEAK…KLUDGE! THAT’S HOW I WOULD DESCRIBE FUSION. AFTER 2 YEARS AND COUNTLESS CALLS TO THEIR SUPPORT TEAM, MY A/V SYSTEM IS NOT STABLE! VOLUME CONTROL, AUDIO/VIDEO SYNCHRONIZATION, REMOTE CONTROL CAPABILITIES….I COULD GO ON BUT IT JUST PISSES ME OFF EVEN MORE. AVOID,AVOID,AVOID.
