Absolute worst. Did not solve problem. Had to get another tech firm that solved the problem is less than half the time. Avoid Fusion like the plague. Neighbors confirm my experience.
I have used Fusion Audio + Video for over a decade! Their service is over the top! They handle my security and audio/video at three locations: two offices and my home, and they've always provided the most responsive service at a fair price.
We have 3 ethernet based phone lines for our business and had a key component go out and we were having to operate of cell phones. Worked with Fusion and Joey got out to us same day and had us up and running. Great understanding of business needs and support. Highly recommend!!
