Had a wonderful stretch with Elizabeth. She also recommend some great exercises for my sports related injury.
Highly recommend Elizabeth for massage and fascia stretching! She has helped ease quite a bit of low back pain over the years allowing me to be active in the gym, golf, etc. She is a joy to be around.
I wanted to wait until I had seen Elizabeth a few times before posting a review. I go for pain in my right leg that had gotten worse over a year or so. Elizabeth makes no promises, let's you know she expects you to help yourself by stretching as she suggests and she pays close attention to your needs as she stretches out your fascia! Now I walk without limping and I even sat with my leg bent up for the first time in a year! I highly recommend Elizabeth.
As a cyclist and runner I have seen many benefits from this therapy I would recommend it highly to athletes and non-athletes
