Fusion Star has been our go to HVAC repair and maintenance choice for many years. Sean and his team are always on time and professional! I never feel like Sean is trying to sell me something I don’t need! He even showed up to fix something at my home before I could get there to meet him! He takes pride in his work and it shows!
Fusion Star was fantastic! I called on a Thursday around noon and they were at my house the next day around 9am. Sean came out to take a look at our AC that had been struggling to keep up with cooling the house. He was very informative and answered all of the questions I had. Sean fixed our AC issue and also provided us with options to repair our system. Overall a great experience and we will absolutely call them the next time we have any HVAC issues.
Sean saved the day when our air conditioning went out last week during the heat wave. He came within two hours, was efficient, knowledgeable and professional and got us back up and chillin' without gouging us on the price. We'd worked with a previous A/C company, who unfortunately didn't hook things up correctly. Sean came to the rescue and was honest and detailed about what needed to be fixed and pointed out some things that the previous company neglected to do. Our A/C has been running really well (thank goodness during this heatwave!). Fusion does great work and was able to get things running well in a timely manner
