I’ve never done sports massage before only Swedish/therapeutic massage. And this was a game changer for my hips and shoulders. Can’t recommend it enough.
Sydney does an amazing job. I came in with severe tightness in my shoulder which was causing ton of issues. After months of failed PT work, I did two sessions with Sydney and she was able to release a lot the tightness and got my mobility back in shoulder pain-free. She does an amazing job listening to your needs and making your massage tailored to you and your body. Cannot recommend enough. I just wish I came sooner!
