Matt and Fusion Sports & Performance gym have always welcomed me into the gym. It can be intimidating not knowing what to expect and being so unfit but each and every session Matt has used his expertise to scale exercises as required including working though various injuries. The smaller class numbers means he can keep a close eye on each member and taylor his program to fit. Slow and steady wins the race and it is awesome having Matt and the teams support!
