Used Fusion to replace my old boiler, whuch kept breaking regularly. They were professional, clean and fast with their service. After an initial vist to inspect what is there, they gave me options for the boiler I wanted on the same day and was able to book an installation for 2 days later. The installation was done well on the day, the area was left clean and all rubbish taken away. Now, a month later, it's still working without any issues. Its not often we take time out to do reviews but We found the level of service and Customer care from Fusion was exceptional ,which from our experiense is quite refreshing in this modern age. From the first contact when they found out we had no heating they pulled out all the stops. Even arriving late in the evening with some emergency oil filled radiators.. We now have a new central heating system installed and have no hesitation in recommending this company. Thank you Sam and the Fusion Team.

Fusion services upgraded six boilers in one of our buildings and did this in a very cost-efficient and timely manner. There was good communication and willingness to go the extra mile.
