This review is late in coming, but regardless Fusion Research doesn't deserve to be let off the hook. FR promised a cost-competitive solution on par with Kaleidescape, but turned out to be nothing more than a poorly-implemented product line with flashy salespeople that the only thing going for it was a high injection of continuous cash flow to keep it alive. Our family uses the Fusion audio streamer for music throughout our home. The best thing about this product is that we can use multiple Spotify accounts (Spotify Family) that we couldn't use with other products, we love it!

I purchased a movie server from Fusion back in 2013. It's been rock solid for me and my family. We watch a movie at least a handful of times throughout the week. I've only had to contact their technical support staff a couple of times for assistance. Both times they've been super friendly and helpful. If you need a movie server, I highly recommend going with them!

I've had a fusion "epic" movie server installed professionally since 2014 and I love it. I've loaded all my movies (600+ dvds and blurays) onto my server and never have to worry about scratched up discs again! When it came time to expand my system, sadly, my original installer had gone out of business. I was able to find another local smart home installer who was able to step in and have another player ordered and put in so that I can now have another independant stream to the rest of the televisions throughout my house.
