I was a patient here for a year,until I made the choice to get a new provider. It's been 50/50% chance you're going to have an issue. My experience was 50/50% I made every appointment, but it was brought to my attention that it's up to me to book my rides with transport. The dr claims that he's not sure because its up to the counselor to book my rides. It's not wonder why I've been having issues..I was never assigned a counselor. Went to this provider for a little over a year,but have since had issues with my ride being booked through my counselor. It's also rare to ever speak to your provider, everyone's got a phone number and extension, but nobody answers.
