Horrible experience as employee. That's ALL I'll say.
I've been attending Fusion since Spring of 24. At first Fusion was a great place that really seemed quite different than all the other addiction resources around the capital district. But now they have made the same mistakes as all the larger clinics. They have completely forgotten about what's important and completely lost sight of taking care of the patients. My loved one circumstantially ended up on the streets in the capital region & a patient of this clinic. They over-dose patients, while they are actively using and going to the clinic high. They deal consistently with known medicaid fraud and cra$& dealing medicaid cab drivers who exploit their patients without doing anything about it. My wife and I both go here and have for over a year and a half now and we absolutely love not only the staff but everyone here .. I would recommend this place to anyone.... Number 1 best recovery place
