After a good installation.. I'm not able to see a real savings on my bill. I will like better explanation about the first bill in order to avoid frustrated clients. Also explain all options before the purchase. I still no 100% with the savings

I had an appointment today with a representative of Fusion Power, not the mature man I spoke with at the home show or the telephone to set up the ber, instead I get a call from a younger guy who says he's on the way. I confirmed the company name and then checked BBB where I learned of all the customer service problems and that the company uses sub contractors. By far the worst experience I have ever had with a company who I have done business with. I had questions regarding my service and solar output, so I called my sales rep, Luke Ward, to see if he could help explain. After leaving 5 voicemail and 2 emails without a single reply, I decided to call the corporate office.
