I can’t say enough about this amazing company!! When my sink broke at the salon, I called almost crying, and Sharron the Office manager says DONT WORRY we got you cover!! Norm the Plummer came in after hours to mix my sink, so I would not lose any business with my clients!!
I tried 3 local plumbing companies since I moved to didsbury 10 years ago I wasn't happy with there services so I called fusion plumbing my hot water tank broke and my basement was flooding they came right away with new hot water tanks and fixed me up in 3 hours on one of the coldest days I recommend fusion plumbing!!!

My furnace blower motor died and I talk with Fusion and they got me a new one the next day. Great service and very friendly.
Off the bat I want to say this has nothing to do with the actual work done, I’m sure these guys are great and even better that it’s family owned! But the office manager Sharon was quite displeasing. I reached out for a bit of help and redirecting as I’m a newbie to the industry, and was met with a response filled of attitude and accusations, which was quite discouraging.
