RecommendedI’m in my second session with therapist name Alison , so far so good , my goal is to be able get rid of lower back pain and legs cramps and tightness of my muscle due to wearing high hill for 30+ years . I like the fact she doesn’t push me so hard but gradually making me do many muscles stretch exercises.
