Definitely recommend, very welcoming and the service is great always love my nails and they will last you even if you work with your hands, you will not be disappointed.
I had multiple issues with this salon and I wasn’t going to write a review until I took off my nails today and saw my natural nails were green!!! When I arrived, the nail tech was very rude and told me she wouldn’t do my nails because I “didn’t book my appointment correctly”. She told me I should have booked a soak off and then the full set service, which I understand but had they checked appointments that morning I’m sure I would have got a call before arriving. I think the girl dug too deep down into toe nails and sides I’ve had pain since the pedicure in like 3 toes. Gave 3 stars due to how nice and efficient everything else was.
giving 3 stars because they accommodated my same day appointment request otherwise i’d give it 2 stars. I paid $115 and I got gel x and a gel pedicure. The gel x lasted for a few days before they started popping off. The gel pedicure is nice and still lasting but my toe has been hurting and swollen since the appointment. I’m not sure if she dug too deep to get my cuticles or if the tools are not clean but it is insanely sore. I definitely will not be going again but the owner and staff were pretty nice.
I’ve been a loyal customer at this salon for years, coming multiple times a year, and have always appreciated the services. Unfortunately, my experience today was very disappointing.
