I just completed the 4 week reset series with Autumn and I’m so glad I found her! She targeted my neck and shoulders that I’ve had tension with for years. She was able to work muscles that no other massage therapist has been able to, finally bringing me some relief. She is such a wonderful person and has the cutest, most relaxing atmosphere. Shawna brought me an astute awareness about my body that opened me to wanting to do more regular exercise and at least 'desire' to move differently! Her hand pressure was very tailored to areas that needed more (&/or) lighter touch- I will be back.
I had a fantastic massage with Shauna! It was a gift so I don’t know the price for 90 minutes but it was worth every penny. She is very strong and knowledgeable and I highly recommend her, especially for anyone that exercises. A deep tissue massage was exactly that.
The experience is more than a massage, it’s care, it’s being heard and it’s putting together a care plan that’s personalized to each person. I got lucky finding Autumn and being able to get an appointment and I’ve never been more satisfied with a service. Truly a professional!
I was super nervous and very self conscious when I first arrived, but Autumn was so nice and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The massage was amazing and I already booked my next appointment!!
