I love this workout. No matter how busy I am, I always try to fit in multiple fusion classes a week as each day is so different from the next! I especially love YoStrong at the Park location, which is offered on Tuesdays and Sundays. Be prepared to be challenged, have fun, and watch your body drastically change.

Fusion provides high-energy workouts that allow you to work at your own level while still pushing it to your max! The staff members and owners are all friendly, fun, knowledgeable, and there to help you improve everyday. The studio is always spotless and has top of the line equipment!

Fusion has been a life changer. I moved from out of state it has been such a welcoming community atmosphere. Every single day the instructors and workouts are great. I have never been so impressed by a gym. The great thing is that it is a small business and the owners and staff truly care about each person that works in the door. Big fan of hustle and row! The air bikes are so challenging but I love mixing up my cardio so I'm not exclusively running every day. I also love yo-strong, which is perfect for an active recovery!
