I have been going to Fusion for about 4 years now and I absolutely love it! The workouts are challenging and this exactly fits with what I was looking for. It is engaging, there’s music playing, lots of variety in the workouts so I’m never bored. Having a trainer walk you through examples of the exercises helps too. I also like that the trainers check form and give corrections. This helps me feel confident in the exercises while making sure I’m not putting excessive strain or injury on my body. Fusion is my new favorite place to workout! The classes are always different which keeps things exciting, I love how each day is dedicated to a specific muscle group and that modifications are supported when necessary. The instructors are knowledgeable, motivating, and accommodating to athletes of all abilities. And the playlists are always bangin’! 10/10 across the board
