Fui a solicitar mi trámite de placas para no perder mi día de trabajo, me dijeron que en 15 días las recibiría pero ya llevo 5 semanas de haber ido a solicitar el trámite con ellos y aún no tengo mis placas temporales mejor hubiera hecho yo el trámite aunque perdiera mi día de trabajo, la verdad me siento decepcionada

Can someone please remind these insurance agents, that US customers make their paychecks. We are not asking for any favor we are PAYING for their services. The customer service is awful, if you dislike your job make everyone a favor and look elsewhere. Will definitely escalate this matter with corporate office I cant believe the nonsense my husband and daughter had to go through to obtain a policy.
