October 14, 2026: I googled "great food near me"and this spot showed up. I am so pleasantly surprised and HAPPY that I found Fusion Hut Bistro. It was a little hard to find, but just drive around the plaza and you will see it. Upon entering the establishment, I received such a warm greeting from the gentleman named Rodrick. It was close to closing so I asked if there was anything left. He gladly shared what was still available and advised there would be a 15 minute wait for my order, no problem. My family and I had an amazing experience at Fusion Hut in Daytona Beach! Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. The braised oxtails were tender, rich, and seasoned perfectly. The jerk chicken had the perfect balance of spice and smoky flavor, and both the chicken patty and beef patty were fresh, flaky, and packed with flavor.
