I don't write a heap or reviews however, I have to lift my hat to the boys from fusuon. Not only did they give me a great price, their work was first class. We had an unfortunate hicup where one of the boys put their foot through the ceiling. (sometimes accidents happen and I get that) It wasn't idea, but Darren addressed the issue without me even asking. He had a plasterer and painter there to conduct the repairs the very next day. poor workmanship even did not know what is the problem from approximately 4 months and how to fix it. he did many promise to fix their own newly fixed air-conditioning system but due to the poor workmanship failed to properly instal it in one go and after installation failed to identify the problem and how to fix the zone issue. the team members they were sending to fix it, when asked to them, do you know what is the issue you are here to fix, one of their team member said he was only told to tape, other told he is here to s... read more
I can’t speak highly enough of this company. We have just had our third installation completed, and the great work has continued. Communication has been excellent and the quality of the work has been second to none. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We’re delighted.
To start with, Darren gave me a great price. Then when the team turned up for install, they knew their stuff and were professional, friendly and did a perfect job. Extra thanks to Luke and Josh who stayed back late on a Friday afternoon to make sure the job was finished before the weekend. More than happy to recommend these guys to anyone looking for a new heating /cooling system.
