I actually had an ok time at first. It started with the Dr.’s in Farnum and then it transitioned to Fusion. This is right when I started having the most issues which became weekly. Unfortunately the medication dispensed is weekly and it started having an issue to which absolutely no one at Fusion would be available to help me or the pharmacist. I have been going to these doctors for years and have always been treated with the utmost respect and care. They listen to me and are always willing to accommodate me if they can.

My first appointment there and there were no providers in the office. I had to take time off from work and spend the extra gas money to go to their office, and no one could help me. I showed up on time to their location, and there were no providers there to see me. I confirmed with their office twice that I was going to be there, and no one could see me at the day of my appointment. Extremely unprofessional, huge inconvenience.

Only go here if you like not reaching somebody in the office and the fact that the doctor lies like a rug and will leave you with no medication coverage. He does not know what pain management is. He has no balls and will send the " practice manager" out to tell you to go somewhere else. Only wants to get you on one medication and thats it. Does no examination and treats you as an addict if you refuse that one.
