Cleanest and nicest gym I've been to in the Long Beach area by far. No broken machines likes the other places have.
I didn't think a personal trainer would be for me, but I am so happy I chose Fusion Health & Fitness to test the waters. The trainers are knowledgeable and don't pressure you, but they will definitely push you to work out in the best way possible, and they truly care about helping you reach your goals.
