I workout hard with Salina twice a week, play tennis, do Pilates, ride horses and hike. Needless to say my body works hard all the time. I am 66 yrs old so I really need good body work to keep me going. I have been seeing Salina for almost 10 yrs and she helps my body keep up with my active lifestyle. Salina knows the body like no one else! She knows how to directly address my weak spots and helps me when I have injuries. Thank you Salina for helping my body keep running like I was in my 40’s!
Selina's massages have been an extraordinary turning point in my recovery from a broken hip and its surgical repair 3 months ago. I am age 90 and credit Selina for my walking again so soon using just my hiking stick! I am so grateful to have found her!
Selina is fantastic at her therapeutic skills. Absolutely understands the mechanics of the human body, the chained muscles that can contribute to pain or tightness in multiple locations. Good pressure when needed and never too much. Also appreciate her advice for stretching and activities between visits.
Knows her craft and is absolutely fantastic
I had my first massage with Selina today and it was fantastic. She has a very therapeutic voice and hands. She identified my areas of stress and helped me breath through the massage and stretches. I have truly never had a massage quite like this. I highly recommend Selina for a Therapeutic massage.
