Sabina’s vast experience in physical therapy and fitness training really shows and gets results. She is the best trainer I have worked with. Very thorough and most importantly specific to my particular needs. I have been working with her a relatively short time but can see and feel real improvements. She is very patient and understanding and makes the sessions enjoyable. Added to all that her skill and knowledge in massage therapy, Sabina is the best! Couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Best therapeutic massage ever. Selina has a soothing and strong touch. She is very knowledgeable and gives great advice on how to help your body after the session too. She is warm and can sense what you need with her hands. She knows just where to work. I’ll definitely be going back. Great work!

I used to have problems with the lower left side of my back. I went to Selina on a recommendation from a friend and told her about my back issues. On our first appointment she probably spent 20 minutes on my left hip. My back has not given me any problems since. I’ve returned to Selina a few times now and plan to make this a monthly visit for my health. I feel fortunate that her practice is in nearby Pacific Grove.

Selina was recommended to me by a friend last summer when I had really bad back pain. She was amazing 100%! She actually taught me how to rotate my hips to ease discomfort which i practice regularly to this day. Can’t wait until I go back!
