Had appointments for my wife and my daughter, was told i needed to pay out of pocket by a rude receptionist. I told her i have blue cross and i just had my appointment and got glasses . Got turned away, she didn't even try to help us ! Called Blue Cross at home and was told a second time my wife was covered but my daughter need a card from MS Canada . Simply put...an awesome place! I live in Prince Rupert and as far as I'm concerned we don't have proper eye care here which is technically dangerous if you consider all the people driving cars/trucks on the road! This place solves that problem and then some! They have top-notch doctors, staff members and frames to choose from when it comes to prescription eye care needs!
The doctor was very nice and proffessional but when I ordered yhe eyeglasses for reading and coputer work they made me eyeglasses for seeing far woth what i dont have a problem. The persen who was selling the eyglasses was asking me 2 times for what i need the glass and i told her 2 timess that i need it for computer work. Story short I wend after one week and they told me that they need to see with a doctor whowill be ther tomorrow It would be no problem but i live in Rosswood. Sory for typo- I need glasses
I've personally gone here for years and had no problems. However, my last visit for my daughter (4 year old and autistic) was not the best experience I would have liked her to have! I prepared her ahead of time and pumped her up for the check up to only have two of the women be impatient with her. Professionals that work with children should have more patience.
