They don't have open office, always closed and no one answer the phone
Still waiting on updates from our warranty dryer repair from NOVEMBER. We have been patient and understanding, and even gone in to the building in person when we couldn’t reach anyone by phone and our voicemails go unanswered. The Google address is incorrect too for anyone wondering, and when we showed up to speak to someone in person again today it appears that the shop is actually closed down, possibly forever? This is the worst small appliance repair company. We had a washing machine under warranty LG and they have no clue on how to repair machines. They dont even send updates of repairs to LG Canada. Very frustrating
Worst company I ever dealt with. The secretary is disrespectful and dishonest. Been waiting months for service when they send back the part instead of ordering them all
Do not recommend at all. This company was selected to deal with a warranty claim with a Costco appliance we have. Our dryer broke in late October 2025. It is currently still broken and sitting in our garage taking up space because Fusion has not fixed it. We had one technician come in November to replace a part which did not fix it and we have been waiting since then, being told parts have been ordered. We have tried calling numerous times, Costco has called them and GE Appliances with no answers at all. Absolutely awful.
