Hands down the wrost service I have experienced in Fort Mcmurray , I'm sure you all have eyes and can see the other reviews on google.
Completely incompetent. I’ve dealt with this company twice for warranty work, and both experiences have been terrible. Neither appliance has been fixed, communication is awful, and I’m left chasing them for updates. Save yourself the frustration and use someone else.
Fusion electric was chosen as the company to complete warranty repairs on our Frigidaire oven. They have been back 3 times to conduct repairs since we purchased in November 2024; during the last visit they were replacing the main burner element (for the 2nd time) and I was told that the wiring harness had melted and therefore that needed to be replaced as well so they would have to order the part. It has been over 6 months, we cannot get an answer from Fusion on whether or not the part has been ordered, they did not inform F... read more
One of the WORSE COMPANY in Fort McMurray... My brand new Samsung Fridge over a month their technician has no idea what is exact problem with Samsung Fridge, just kept guessing 🤔 by changing the new parts... still not fix...And I gave them 0 STAR for their customer service.. never answered my calls you are the luckiest person if they answer your call or call back on your message.... NOT RECOMMEND for any services.
They don't have open office, always closed and no one answer the phone
