Fusion electric was chosen as the company to complete warranty repairs on our Frigidaire oven. They have been back 3 times to conduct repairs since we purchased in November 2024; during the last visit they were replacing the main burner element (for the 2nd time) and I was told that the wiring harness had melted and therefore that needed to be replaced as well so they would have to order the part. One of the WORSE COMPANY in Fort McMurray... My brand new Samsung Fridge over a month their technician has no idea what is exact problem with Samsung Fridge, just kept guessing 🤔 by changing the new parts... still not fix...And I gave them 0 STAR for their customer service.. never answered my calls you are the luckiest person if they answer your call or call back on your message.... NOT RECOMMEND for any services.
They don't have open office, always closed and no one answer the phone
Still waiting on updates from our warranty dryer repair from NOVEMBER. We have been patient and understanding, and even gone in to the building in person when we couldn’t reach anyone by phone and our voicemails go unanswered. The Google address is incorrect too for anyone wondering, and when we showed up to speak to someone in person again today it appears that the shop is actually closed down, possibly forever? So good luck to anyone out there like us who have been waiting months on a repair, we may never actually get any ... read more
This is the worst small appliance repair company. We had a washing machine under warranty LG and they have no clue on how to repair machines. They dont even send updates of repairs to LG Canada. Very frustrating
