Fusion installed my reverse cycle airconditioners for my builder in my new home 4 years ago. One of them stopped working a couple of weeks ago and since it was still under warranty I attempted to contact Fusion by leaving voicemail messages, calling the office and sending an email. The Fusion team are fantastic. Dave and the team have installed outdporlighting around my stairs and pool area. Just recently the guys installed a high end A/C throughout my whole house. Great service and price...... highly recommended.
Fusion was involved in our build from the outset. Chris was very helpful, personable and flexible during our specification meetings and the work the team delivered was top shelf including the home automation system. Since completion we have had a couple of component warranty questions and the team have been extremely helpful in getting them resolved. Highly recommend.
Beware! Extremely poor service provider. After purchasing a 1 year old home, we soon found the ducted air-conditioning system installed by this company was faulty with multiple zones not responding to the Advantage MyAir control system. Despite multiple calls and emails, this company completely ghosted us, suggesting that the installation warranty had expired and it wasn't their problem. The communication, attention to detail and quality of service was spot on. Highly recommend. These guys provide premium products. Loving our new lighting, solar and AC set up.
