At the Poseidin parade. fast service delicious food the lemonade perfect. we tried on of everything on the menu and recommend it all. the bayou fries off the charts! get you some you won't regret it!
The food is immaculate!!!
I've driven past the food truck a few times and wanted to stop in. Today was that day. I ordered the wings and fries and the flavor was out of this world! Best food truck in slidell. Chef Shon is the most down to earth chef I've met. Food is a 10 out of 10.
I hired Fusion Eatz Catering for a Girls Birthday Nolans trip. From the first call Shon was amazing. The Jambalaya and ZODECO egg rolls were so good. Just the right amount of spice and heat. I will definitely recommend this Chef
Highly recommend the food is amazing, the prices are affordable and very large servings.
