Today I went for blood work and technician was not doing her job right. First, she took someone before me who just came in. When I stood up to show my disagreement, she simply asked me to seat and wait. After blood work my urine sample container was mislabeled with someone else name. When identified to her, instead of apologizing she took the container and started looking for right container.
