Unfortunately, I have to agree with other reviews, regarding poor customer service. I initially saw Dr. Eger in May 2024 for a complimentary evaluation. She was absolutely wonderful. I stopped by the office on August 19, 2024, and requested a quote for braces. The two Black women at the front desk informed me that it would be sent to me via e-mail. I definitely DO NOT recommend coming here for braces. They NEVER answer the phone and expect you to make payments over the phone or in person. Think about that…… Unprofessional receptionist but great doctors.
Dr Eger is amazing. Listens to concerns and is kind and knowledgeable!!! The best!!!
